Workbench

The bench I work on today, and every bench before it.

How I work

bg-core

Nothing here is handed off. The idea, the decisions, the follow-up and the revisions are mine, stage by stage. The AI assistant works beside me as a teammate, and a very valued one.

bg-core is what holds that together: the documentation and working rules I built so that nothing moves forward unseen. The repo is the kitchen, so its door stays closed. The method is here.

Every project runs in phases. After each one I review what was done, test it, and only then does the next phase start. A few strict principles:

  1. 01Step by step, approved progress
  2. 02Reproduce the error in the real flow first, then fix it
  3. 03Every experience strengthens the system that builds the bench
  4. 04What did not work is never deleted
  5. 05Witness: not only control, but living the making and the moment
